  1. Woody – aside from Gail Riplinger’s books (all of them) I recommend “King James – His Bible and its Translators,” by Laurence M. Vance. Also, “How Satan Turned America Against God,” by Dr William P. Grady. “While Men Slept,” by Dr. Kerby F. Fannin.

This is a very helpful article:

As far as I understand it – the AV is the seventh “purification” of the English language Bible. The “WORD,” has always existed – eternity – before it came to us in English. But I thank God every morning while having my Manna from heaven, that I have the privilege of keeping and reading It in freedom.

    1) The Gothic
    2) The Anglo-Saxon
    3) The Pre-Wycliffe
    4) The Wycliffe
    5) The Tyndale/Coverdale/Great/Geneva
    6) The Bishop’s Bible
    7) The King James Bible

    Psalm 12:6-7

    King James Version (KJV)

6 The Words of the Lord are pure Words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

7 Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, Thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Since English has become THE Global language – we see that the Lord does everything perfectly. . .
